The Local Event Company

C3 Events has evolved over the years from a mom-and pop business to a nationally recognized and well-respected firm. We created the hallmark, “Munch & Music” venue 26 years ago, and it’s stronger and more widely attended than ever. Our experienced event planners are passionate about designing world-class events, whether they are small intimate gatherings or large-scale public and privately sponsored functions.

Over the years, we have assisted with special events, such as concerts, lectures, festivals, weddings, corporate parties, fundraisers, private functions, dance recitals, and college event planning. Making all special events—large or small—a successful and enriching experience for all.

Currently we are responsible for:

• Three annual art festivals
• Free concerts in the park series
• Global performing arts and lecture series
• Free outdoor cinema series
• Two major concert series

We specialize in:

• Event marketing
• Sponsorship sales
• Event planning
• Talent purchasing
• Onsite production
• And equipment rentals

Finally, we won the prestigious Seattle King County Chamber of Commerce “KEPA” Award for producing “The Best Event” in Seattle (for its particular budget category - the Woodland Park ZooTunes Concert Series).

Cameron Clark, Owner
Cameron has produced arts and cultural events for COCC in Bend (now OSU Cascades) and has worked with both the largest and smallest business organizations in Bend to bring together a sense of community. The first series he created, after moving to Bend, was the much acclaimed “Munch and Music,” now in its 20th year. From there, he created the Bend Summer Festival, Clear Summer Nights Concert Series, Bend Fall Festival and Munch and Movies. All these special events have become the hallmarks of Bend community life.

Cameron also found an effort called "Project Art Infusion," which brings art, music, and comfort to chemotherapy patients in Bend, Oregon. Contact: cameron@c3events.com
