Presented by The Bulletin
Hosted by the Bend Downtowners Association
Bend Summer Festival is Central Oregon's signature artist event of the summer, the Bend Summer Festival, draws artists and street performers from all over the Northwest. The event features a wide array of performing arts including dance, children’s activities, and the best regional and national jazz, blues, rock and international musicians. Additionally there is a food court with more than 20 restaurants, beer and wine. This year, C3 Events and Bank of the Cascades have teamed up to lend a hand to local area non-profits during these difficult economic times. Led by BofC's Fran Willis, non-profits were selected to procure special, donated booth locations throughout the event so that the general public might become more familiar with the many excellent services they provide. We are pleased to be serving the community in this way! Below are the list of non-profits you will find participating at the Bank of the Cascades Bend Summer Festival 2009:
2-1-1 (United Way )
Project Connect (Partnership to End Poverty )
The Kids Center (Sharon) + Saving Grace
VIM (Volunteers in Medicine )

For 19 years, thousands of people have made this festival a Bend summer tradition. The Bend Summer Festival enjoys a central location in charming downtown Bend, one block from Drake Park and the Deschutes River.
At C3 Events, we are honored to produce the Bank of the Cascades Bend Summer Festival. This production is more than art, music, food, entertainment, and fun—it is a tremendous device to bring our community together, to gather, to stay connected, all in the context of celebrating this great downtown of ours. So join us to live it, taste it, chew it, view it, hear it, and dance it, (got it?) at the Bank of the Cascades Bend Summer Festival 2009!
